“Imaginating — Then and Now”

Rev. Rose and Rev. Mel,  UUC co-ministers emeriti
Come, let us “Imaginate” together!

When she was a little girl, our daughter once said, “I can imagine that–”  whatever “that” was at the time.

Albert Einstein’s famous quote says, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.  For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.”

In this post-election/pre-Thanksgiving service, we will consider the perspectives of our ancestors as they imagined the future of the land that evolved into what became the USA, as well as “imagining” a future based on the hopes of where we are today.
