Join us for a picnic in the park. We will be at Coonskin at the Gorman Shelter. Bring some food to share, and for those with littles there is a playground at the shelter.

Bereaved Parents Awareness

Bereaved Parents Awareness Month is recognized every year in July. It is dedicated to raising awareness about the grief parents go through after the unfortunate loss of a child and the kind of support needed to overcome this unimaginable grief. It’s common knowledge that parents should not have to outlive their children.

I am a patriot!

This Coming Sunday, July 2 we will examine the meaning of patriotism; the different views of patriotism; where  these ideas came from; and what, if anything, we can do about it.  We will also celebrate our country’s birthday with poetry and song. Worship Leader, Carol Sroczynski
